    You can sign up and start using Just2Cloud within 2 minutes. There are no software downloads. You will receive an email with your login details and further instructions after signing up. You can start using our online office from then on.
  • How does the 30-day free trial work
    During the trial period, you will get full access to our system. Once the trial period ends, you could either sign up to a 3-months or a 1-year subscription.
  • Can I sign up for 3 months?
    Yes, you can subscribe to our service for either 3 months or 1 year.
  • Is Just2Cloud hosted, or do I have to host Just2Cloud?
    Just2Cloud is fully hosted. This means that you do not have to set up your own servers. Simply sign up for Just2Cloud and your account will be created. You will be able to start using Just2Cloud almost immediately, totally hassle-free!
  • Which web browser works best with Just2Cloud?
    Though designed to work on most browsers, Just2Cloud works best in the following environment: IE 8 or later (PC), Firefox 2 or later (Mac, PC, or Linux), Safari 2 or later (Mac), Google Chrome (PC, Mac).

    Our business package has a 99% uptime guarantee.
  • When does scheduled maintenance window usually occur?
    Scheduled maintenances rarely takes place. However, in the event that a scheduled maintenance does take place, we will usually schedule it on Sundays 10am (EST). That is usually the time when the overall traffic across all our customers' sites is generally the lowest. The duration of the scheduled outage really depends on the kind of maintenance that we're performing. Typically though, we try to keep the maintenance window below an hour.
